  It is great quality but was too small for my computer. I was excited when it came and I will look for a bigger one. This seller was fast in shipping, it arrived early, the prices were great and so was the packaging. I recommend this seller and will use them again.

  Seller sent the wrong item. I asked for exchange for the correct item. Seller stated, "Sorry for the inconvenience. Would you be willing to keep the mount you received at a discount (50% off) and we will re-ship you the correct mount? " I accepted. After not receiving any response to request for the new shipping information, I then reached out on the 12th day, & then received the 50% discount, but no new item shipping details, and now seller says I must purchase again to receive correct mount.
