  As described. Well packed. This was shipped via UPS when Canada Post was on strike. I was expecting to not receive the item until after the CP shenanigans, so thanks for going above and beyond.

  The two kits were new and arrived safely. Was taken a little by surprise when I had to pay a $25 agent fee and $18 tariff to UPS before they would schedule the delivery. Neither eBay or their shipping partner make it clear enough to the buyer and the seller that the agent fee could be avoided by using the postal service or choosing an expedited service. Choosing the least expensive UPS service actually ends up costing the most. $42 is a lot of money IMO.

  Shipping rather dilatory; packaging fine; this used item has faults that were not mentioned, but at the price that was to be expected and, while noisy, the item is still working effectively. Overall. good value.
