  Thank you for your feedback. This customer placed his order on Friday afternoon after our daily UPS pick up had occurred. The order was processed the same day and updated with tracking, to be picked up on Monday the next business day. On Sunday evening I received a message from the customer that had his order not been picked up yet to please cancel the order. Cancelled and refunded on Monday morning. Positive yet negative feedback not warranted in this case.
