  Having alerted the seller to the unsatisfactory condition of the goods upon delivery, the seller immediately offered a replacement, free of charge. I was extremely pleased with this offer as it was not expected and promotes exemplary customer service. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

  Seller very good. Delivery by Evri awful as always, they seem to keep things for a week before delivery then ask how their driver did. He did what he was paid to do unlike the rest of the company. Apologies to the seller for my rant as he did good.
