  Excellent, excellent, excellent. I messaged the sell. Hey, when do you think my package would arrive? Because I noticed it still said paid. And they have always been great to me anyways. He immediately responded and said between 5 and 10. I saw that message, went on my porch, and it was there. I was so happy. Thank you guys for always being on time and making my life easier. Highly recommended.

  The seller sent incorrect item (which also was 2x cheaper). Never responded on my messages. I asked for return & refund. Only after escalating the issue to Ebay the seller finally offered a return option (to drive to Staples, because this sale was a dropship from Amazon), which took me more than an hour of driving there (another hour+ to come back). The return process was not showing on Ebay (because it's not Amazon). The refund was issued only with the help of Ebay. HORRIBLE SELLER!! AVOID!!!!!

  Seller was very professional in communicating that the set he was going to ship was damaged and would not be shipped. Gave me an option to cancel the order or wait for a re-stock. Appreciate this kind of professionalism.

  I was sent the wrong item by mistake but the seller responded to my concerns and promptly refunded the purchase price. Very pleased with the way it was handled and by their customer first policy.
