  Never received this item. I think they actually misquoted a very low price and then realized there mistake and shut the order down. Will not purchase from this seller ever again.

  The ball came in perfect condition. It was well packaged. I had a tracking number that was easy to use. I did not have to contact the seller. The transaction was smooth from beginning to end. The bad part was I did not read the description close enough. I thought I was getting the complete trackball...NOT just the ball. I did not need the ball only. I did not want to go thru the hassle of returning it. Next time I will read the ad much more carefully. It took a very long time to ship to me.

  Arrived on time, very good packaging with plastic case protecting the dial, looks like the pictures, haven't installed it yet but appears to be correct. Would buy from this seller again.
