    Ordered a frame early Sunday evening. Today, Wednesday, it arrived just after lunch. It was packed in several layers of cardboard and an interior protective layer of a soft wadding. Cannot fault the product or the service provided by this seller. For the price, I don't think you'd be able to beat it.

    Great quality well packed and arrived safely and securely within the specified time frame. Just need to sort some mount for it and will look astonishing with the picture. A 5 Star Ebayer, Awesome.

    Sadly the supplier ,let them down twice ,sending wrong size frame , seller tried to sort first time but was let down again, great communication from the seller, in the end a full refund given and the incorrect frames goodwilled can't ask more from a great seller,but let down by things out of their control .

    Perfect! I gave the guys my picture size and they suggested a made to measure frame. When it arrived (within a week) it was as ideal. It was the perfect size, well packed it wasn’t much more expensive than a standard sized frame. Can’t fault ims trading Ltd!
