Contacted them and they replied that they had a problem with their embroidery machine,. Beent told it will be sent during late afternoon of 9th of April... and thats it.. they vanished.. no reply whatsoever .. 😅😅.. do not waste your time putting order here. 😅. Unfortunately we were out of the office on the days in which the customer messaged us so we were unable to reply as it was a Friday/Saturday.

It was clear in the message I sent that I was asking for a change. Got told to return for a refund. I would have liked the correct one in the first place, without having to waste my time because they are not thorough. We asked them to return the product for a replacement (free of charge) and they refused. They preferred to argue with us. We are happy to resolve issues but we ask customers to abide by our returns policy.
