  Initially was contacted by seller saying there was a listing error for the 3 ties. It was listed as free priority shipping and shouldn't have been. Said if I wanted to pay for shipping to let them know, otherwise, they would cancel the sale. I agreed to the shipping. Then was contacted again saying upon shipping they found that all 3 ties were wrinkled from storage so order was cancelled. Very unprofessional disappointing!

  Everything was factual. If you still want the WRINKLED ties, I still have them. I won't be taking them to the dry cleaners for that though. If you want the ties in the state they're in, and will pay the approriate shipping fee, then let me know. I was saving myself a headache of a buyer who would leave a negative and yet, here we are. It would have been unprofessional to send the ties as is so I did the right thing. Sorry you can't see that.

  Boots would have benefited from being wiped off. Packaging could have been better considering the shipping cost. Box arrived torn.

  The box was a new, heavy duty Muck Boots box. If it was damaged, please contact the USPS.
