  The item arrived WITHOUT five of the bolts & nuts needed to assemble it. When I contacted the Seller, I was told to send photos of the unassembled walker. Sounds like a delaying/stalling tactic. Receiving the item was originally delayed for many days beyond a normal time-frame; then this SNAFU occurred. NEVER EVER again will I do business with "foursea".

  I had a problem with an eBay seller who did not meet the delivery deadline. I am sick and needed the product I purchased to be able to get around, but due to the delay I had to purchase another one to be able to do the things I need to do at home. I asked the seller to cancel my order so that I could be reimbursed for the amount I spent and did not receive. I can't take the product to a place to return it, I wouldn't have the physical conditions to do so, so I kindly ask that you somehow help me

  Item was received in a timely fashion but was damaged, apparently before shipping, due to the condition of the packaging the item arrived in. Seller offered to replace the item then went silent and has not responded to requests for further information. After several days with no contact I have submitted a request for refund and provided negative feedback. The item is urgently needed to assist in a surgery recovery and the apparent deception about a replacement has delayed acquisition of another
