Everything individually bagged, supported & protected in the box with clear labelling on outside of box not to tip or crush. Nice to see someone doing it right for a change!     The team at FOS always deliver. I live in Australia and it's easier for me to email them in the UK to get the right parts I need than it is to try and find a complete kit here locally. They include everything you need, including sump washer. They respond super fast and match the parts to your VIN number of you need it. Quality Bosch parts in new packaging delivered fast. I've been buying off these guys internationally for a few years and their service and delivery and quality is 5 star.
