  I sent an offer to these people which included they pay the $23 some dollars for shipping since I had to pay tax on it. eBay has this pre-pay if offer accepted which I don't like for this very reason. Anyway they took theshipping charge from my account anyway. Waited a couple of days for it to get put back in my account. Didn't come. Sent seller a reminder and shipping charge refunded immediately. GREAT Seller! thanks for your cooperation in working with people.
