    item is too small, when I ordered I requested size 10 boxes but I received size 7 and 8.5. The ad clearly said all sizes available. When I emailed to query this they replied to say you cannot request certain sizes and the trainers will fit, but mine (Nikes) do not and the lids will not close, when I emailed this response I received no reply, terrible customer service.

    We have been trying to contact you to resolve your issue, UK 8 - UK 11 low top trainers from Nike will fit any UK 8 and above. We do our best to ship as per requested shipments and as per our listing we cannot guarantee the size we ship, happy to accept a return if you are unhappy with your purchase within 30 days.
