  Ordered item on the 5th June for a funeral on the 16th June actually arrived on the 20th June no use at all, poor communications useless postage not happy at all avoid this seller better ones out there. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

  Seller sent me the wrong trophy so I let them know right away and 24 hr later and I’ve still to get a reply so wouldn’t recommend this seller to anyone 😡😡😡😡

  This item looks great, but it arrived 2 days after the scheduled delivery date. Because it was late, I had to purchase something else for the intended persons birthday gift. This was very annoying, but what upset me further, is the seller stated it had been delivered to me on time! No customer service or apology, just a message stating it had been delivered! Their reply was so rude, it implied that I had lied. That I found offensive. An altogether bad experience. I have requested a refund.
