    My parcel was dropped off at the wrong address I think, as it appeared tonight after being delivered somewhere on Saturday. I contacted the seller about my package non delivery and they were very prompt and helpful with my problem.

    Seller uses Amazon to deliver and had notification to say the item had been delivered. I’d been in all afternoon, with ring doorbells front and back and no delivery was attempted or made. Raised the issue of it not being delivered to be met with the package was put behind a bin on the road edge, not at the property. Apparently that qualifies as “successful confirmation of delivery”. Very poor customer service throughout, would think twice before ordering from them.
