  Bought what I was assumed a genuine leather cover for my iPad, received a faux Pu leather material glued to a cardboard backing, seller denied this was not 100% real leather until I cut it up and sent him a photo, then he said it was his suppliers fault and changed some description on his website, but this is not on, deceiving buyers on purpose or unknowingly is not good, left it in eBay’s hand to sort out.

  I have said to buyer if you have any issue with it then please send it back to us and I will issue you full refund or send you a replacement but didn't listen me an now he leave a negative feedback. Now what I can do.

  Item took over a week. The tracking didn’t register and when it finally arrived, after endless emails to the seller, it was the wrong colour. Instead of immediately posting the right colour they wanted to receive the wrong one first. Eventually they refunded me but I won’t be using them again.

  Buyer did open the dispute case and I said please close this case and then I can send you a replacement buy she didn't close the dispute case and that's why I issued a refund.sellers never satisfy to all buyers.

  Communication with seller excellent but the item never arrived. It’s now been 11 days since the item was dispatched. I’ve agreed with seller to wait and see if it arrives in next two weeks, if it doesn’t seller will refund. All sellers need to stop using Royal Mail who are so unreliable now

  Great case, fits perfectly. Seller didn’t have the colour of choice in stock, but messaged me with alternatives and sent the one I then chose. Great communication and great service. 👍

  Reasonable quality for the price. Fits as it should and looks ok. Seller contacted me to tell me the colour I ordered was out of stock and offered other colours available. I opted for the grey and it was deliver quickly.
