The item is of good quality that is why I ordered a second one. (This is the 2nd one). I have 2 problems. 1st: both orders were missing the S hook. 2nd: I ordered through eBay and yet both orders came in Amazon packaging with an Amazon note. I did not see if they were delivered in an Amazon truck. I do not wish to deal with Amazon that is why I use ebay. So can you tell me who is making money off of this-Amazon or EBay? If it wasn’t for this and the 2nd S hook I would have given you a 5
