  I received the product. The majority arrived looking good, but unfortunately one of the downstems was broken. I contacted the seller immediately, and they promptly replied! They urgently sent out a replacement. The price was very reasonable and the quality was good. I am extremely satisfied with this seller and will be using them in the future!

  I am leaving positive feedback for this seller because I am certain that the seller shipped in good faith. Sometime has been stealing packages in my neighborhood lately and I believe that is why I never received this one. I do not blame the seller and I will probably try ordering again. Thank you.

  This product was just as described and even prettier in-person. The bowl is large but fits a smallish water pipe. Packaged well and shipped promptly. Great product, great transaction! Thanks for the little gift, very thoughtful
