I ordered right at the start of Chinese New Year so there was a wait for shipping but they shipped immediately after the holiday. The mats were shipped in a poly mailer with bubble wrap vs a tube or box, which I'm not a fan of, but they still arrived in great condition. Definitely authentic and an absolutely gorgeous mat. So glad I bought them and almost wish I ordered a 3 instead of 2. Thank you!
