    I saw this item on eBay, which was a return item and I was able to score a deal with the seller which he accepted!! Original Grohe Cartridges from Germany are far superior than the one’s from China and couldn’t be happier (works great)!! This seller made things very easy and was as smooth as any purchase I’ve ever made on EBay!! Everything was very professional from communication, packaging, shipping, and product quality!! This seller knows what he’s doing andI I would definitely buy again!!

    Awesome seller! Item was an "open box", but it truly was in as new condition. All of the hardware was there as well as the instruction sheet! The only slight downside was the shipping was a little slow, but I think it had way more to do with the fact that half the country was experiencing blizzard conditions and not because of anything that the seller did or did not do. It was packaged very nicely and arrived in great condition. Thank you !!! A+++

    Item Delivered on time and in new condition. Appeared to have been open box. Packaged well, and high quality product. Was missing Nuts for toilet seat Bolts which was $6 to replace, inconvenient, but still good value. Would recommend and buy from seller again.
