    The item I received was WOW, I am over the moon. The honesty and communication from this seller is above and beyond. Photos were brilliant, but still did not do the item I received justice, totally perfect. FANTASTIC A***********. Highly recommend. Super quick, great packaging and price

    Item arrived wrapped in a black polythene bag, smelling strongly of fabric softener. The zip puller was broken off, which is quite an issue with a zip-up cardigan. This was not disclosed in the description, or visible in the images. I notified the seller who, whilst apologetic, didn't seem to think that it was significant. I requested the return, to receive a reply offering a small discount. Again, I requested a return, and from then on the Seller simply ignored me. Over to eBay to sort it out!
