    My review of this seller is 100% positive. The pair of used shoes I purchased came quickly, were well-packaged, and arrived in the condition described/shown in the ad. However, there was a small error in style, so I needed to return them. Although they were listed as “non-returnable,” the seller immediately acknowledged the unforeseen error and agreed to take them back. All communication with the seller was prompt and courteous. I would definitely do business with this seller in the future.

    I really appreciate the seller's communication with my order! I ordered 2 TD collections from them, and they immediately reached out to let me know about a stock discrepancy they had. I know these things happen sometimes. So No biggie. However, I didn't see their message for several days! Thankfully, they still sent out the rest of my order, despite poor communication on my end. I really appreciated that! Also, the TD's are in great condition!
