  The shipment took 2 weeks, and the was no response from seller I sent two messages and nothing luckily I got the insurance and filed a claim. I asked the seller for a replacement or my money back because product he sent me was defective I couldn't program my other electronics or use it on my surround sound. I very dissatisfied with the seller never gonna buy from them again.

  Seller didn't respond for days then on day 6 they responded saying they couldn't find the game and then refunded the order. No response for a week and delayed shipping turned into no shipping. Will not shop here anymore.
