  Hard-to-find item (discontinued) with very reasonable/fair markup. Seller discovered a problem with one of them before shipping and communicated with me and refunded it before shipping the other two. They were very well packed and in perfect condition. A++!

  Small Haviland tea set. Arrived with a chipped and repaired spout which had not been disclosed or shown in the photos. I reached out to seller. “She had no idea that it had been broken!” . Sure. She offered me a credit. I asked for $20. That’s all. Then she ghosted me. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this seller.
