  The quality, condition, and appearance of the item that arrived was perfect! It was extremely well packed and arrived on time. Seller communicates updates and the value was excellent for what I ordered. It came exactly as described. I didn’t know that my item came with a wall scroll (I must have missed it in the details when buying) so it was a sweet surprise! Will definitely buy from seller again!

  The model kit arrived promptly and the box was in perfect condition. All the runners were still sealed, the instructions looked untouched. Shipping from Japan to Pennsylvania took only a few days and arrived much sooner than the expected delivery date. The seller messaged me with an update as soon as it was shipped and provided excellent customer service.

  Package came in a lot earlier than expected. I was happy to find it on my porch before going to work. The package was protected by some heavy duty bubble wrap, the contents are fine but the box was damage. The item was exactly as it was described which I'm thankfully for because I'm a huge mobile fighter g gundam fan. I wany to say thank you again for having this item, and I'm definitely going to buy from them again.

  Excellent communication. Excellent postage. Highly recommend. A+++ (as the item is a gift, I havent opened the box to check the condition of the contents. I was told the box is worn but the contents inside are brand new as per our communication and based on my experience so far, I believe that they will be as stated, otherwise I will update this feedback. But yes, fantastic seller.

  I ordered the Shagohod from your store some weeks ago. It was a present for my brother for Christmas. The product arrived soon (I live in Spain, and it only took a week and a half or so) and in perfect conditions. My brother didnt expect it and absolutely loved it.
