I'm a self employed contractor who does this part time-but some times full time...And I'm different--. i usually leave my phone number on the shipping label and /or the email I send to you when i ship out your item, in case there is an issue. i call it personalized service.     Shipped fast, packed very well by seller, communication was good, came with the included accessories, tested. Product was a pretty dirty but i was able to clean it. I feel like i got a great deal for what i got, I do just wish that there was not such bad tape residue on the product. Pro tip, use lighter fluid to clean off sticky residue. Product was as described, will purchase from this seller again in the future.

    Fast shipping and great communication. Typewriter was packed well and arrived undamaged. Typewriter was just as described and even included the origional ribbon spools which is cool on this model. Great seller and would do buisiness with again.
