    I was initially sent the wrong diameter of bungee cord. I sent a message to the vendor and the correct diameter bungee cord was sent to me with no hassles. Great customer service.

    Contacted the seller as item wasn't rec'd another was sent out in the post to me. I then rec'd both packages. I have informed the seller but had no response regarding returning the additional item. The elastic is good quality and the colour a perfect match . Good value. I've only given 4 stars for communication due to not getting an answer for my message. Apart from that a good experience.

    Exceptionally good price for quality item. Initially there was a problem with the wrong item delivered but this was very quickly resolved once I contacted the seller and a replacement immediately given, thank you. I can certainly recommend this seller.
