Even though I cannot review the items I am reviewing the company as they have been fantastic. I soon as I emailed to say item not arrived they straight away apologised and offered a refund, I said I would give it a few more days. Unfortunately they still did not arrive. This is what you call outstanding customer service.

It is such a shame that Evri are so incredibly unreliable, although in our area the drivers can be relied upon not to deliver parcels to people's addresses - just anywhere seems acceptable to them. On the road side, in a hedge, at completely the wrong address, on some else's car bonnet et., just anywhere that they feel like. Another 0 star rating for Evri.
