    The photo of the packet was not of the actual packet sent out because the untabbed Hario filters have been unavailable for years and now they are all tabbed. I had good communication and they replaced the incorrect photo with the correct one and issued a refund.

    Spare part for a Gaggia Classic. Ordered I think it was Thursday evening and was due to be delivered by Tuesday. It came 3 days earlier 1st thing Saturday morning. Part was brand new and as described by there helpful and clear information in the listing. Great service. Great value. Perfect quality and appearance.
