  I appreciate the seller sending me numerous emails trying to figure out with me if I was purchasing the correct part. We were able to figure out with pictures and confirm the correct fitment. I bought particularly from the seller because of the attention to detail they had with me with the emails and making sure I was ordering the right part that made me buy from them. I bought a great price and quick delivery. It was neatly packed in the box. The package is very well. Thank you.

  I bought an A/C compressor and it came very quickly. Before it arrived I was reached out to be told to contact the seller with any concerns right away. When my compressor arrived broken, I contacted them and they gave me several options of which I ultimately chose to send the item back for a full refund. They promptly refunded my money with no need to ship the item back. Highly recommend this seller.

  I recommend this seller, I ordered an electric mill and it arrived on time, but the box was damaged and the mill was also crushed, and I contacted the seller and he told me he gave me options and one of them was that I could keep the mill, and he would refund me half of the money and so I did and they reimbursed me half of the money I invested, that is why I recommend this seller, because he is very responsible.

  After USPS destroyed the wrapper of the package and the label couldn't be read, my local postmaster finally tracked down my item and got it delivered, the seller was very understanding and worked with me to make everything acceptable again. I consider this seller to be excellent and I definitely would buy from them again, but hope that USPS doesn't beat up the package. I am very Happy Now.

  Outstanding customer service! I purchased a part that I didnt end up needing. When I initiated a return, it said I would receive a shipping label by January 11 via email. On January 9, I checked my email out of habit, and found that a full refund had already been credited back onto my bank card. Also, the message stated - no need to return the part. That’s pretty unheard of in our crazy world these days. Thank ya’ll for being awesome!
