  I ordered this UVC unit listed as brand new, but the one I received was clearly used. It had visible signs of prior use and did not match the description. Very disappointing experience — I do not recommend buying from this seller. After raising the issue, the seller refunded 30% of the cost due to the item being used. While I appreciate the partial refund, the product should have never been listed as new in the first place. Since the seller was responsive and offered a reasonable resolution, I
