  I am very pleased with this seller AND the lighting fixture I bought. I communicated with the seller about whether the item had ever been removed from the box, got the answer (I always open boxes to make sure everything is there/not broken, etc) and within minutes, I bought the fixture. It got to me sooner than I expected. I just opened it, put it together and OMG, this is so gorgeous! Nothing broken, gold leaf & crackle glass. New wallpaper, paint and lighting in my bedroom - can't wait to see!

  The messages we shared prior promised three sides and protective bar included all I got was one single Rail of a different brand and it only was 79in side not the 59in or other 29in or the bar included after checking to guarantee items before purchasing it took three days longer than expected to receive and it cost 20$ to ship the wrong item I'm very upset
