Fitnesshealth Ltd© was founded in 2011 by myself Rene Harwood. I have over 10 years experience working in fitness. I have worked with different outdoor fitness groups, teams and clients. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer, chef and nutritionist. I specialise in speed training and outdoor training. You will see that the Fitnesshealth ltd© range of fitness products primarily focus on these areas. We are fully qualified REP’s (Registered Personal Trainers) and SAQ's (Speed And Development Coaches).

That's a no-go for me. They already withdraw the money but hasn't responded to my mails to them as well, so I am a little mad right now.
