    This was sold as an open box return item, however, whoever they got the parts from had pulled a fast one on the seller and swapped them out. Unknowingly, the item was listed as a higher model coilover but actually was the basic style. Once I brought this matter to the seller, they quickly and professionally came up with a fair path of recourse that both parties agreed on. They didn't have to do this but it just shows the quality of company you are dealing with. Would do business with again!

    Seller described condition perfectly and my decision to purchase this slightly damaged product was based on communication with seller. And it was shipped out the next day by Fedex. Great service!

    Received my order just a few days after purchase & very impressed. Low priced and high quality- No complaints from me! I saved around $300 compared to what other sellers was charging, & packaging was thorough! I spent more time removing the protective packing than actually installing the exhaust! Btw, the ad had stated open box but I didn't see anything wrong with it, item was in brand new condition and , it was clean enough to eat off of. LOOKS GREAT! Highly recommend this seller.

    Item was shipped quickly and we'll packaged. Even though it was labeled "Open Box", description and photos failed to mention item was dented in a couple places. Had to use a hammer to round out the end in order to fit. Still works and sounds great. Thanks!

    There was a small situation with an incorrect color, however, seller promptly helped me get it sorted out. It was not a seller’s fault. It was a problem with the manufacturer. Seller helped me reached manufacture and I was able to obtain correct color. Great Communication! A+++++ Thanks for all the help!
