He kept me updated and didn’t hesitate to show pictures of the item before moving forward. I got to approve every step. My only negative feedback is that the jacket smells of smoke so I have to let it air out before wearing it and it arrived in a small box. Other than that, I am extremely pleased with my purchase and will be ordering again from them. The jacket matches my boots I got separately.
