  Shipping was a little bit delayed because of FedEx (ie not the seller’s fault) and they reached out proactively to let me know they’d been tracking it and wanted to reach out which was great customer service. Love that they used recycled packaging. My item came entirely intact and as pictured. Thank you!

  HIGHEST PRAISE FOR THIS SELLER. My package got lost in the mail. The seller emailed me to ask if it had arrived. I waited an extra few days to see if it was merely late, but it never arrived. The seller followed up with the USPS at their end but was told the USPS never got the package. But, as the seller told me, they had delivered it to the PO themselves. Since it looked like the package was missing, the seller IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED MY MONEY. Cheerfully. NO PROBLEM.

  Shipping was delayed by USPS. Seller kept me informed. Seller packed the glass so well that it arrived in great shape even though USPS sent it around the states.

  The shipping is very substantial and packed very securely. The rack is used as described and the price I received was a great value to me.
