  I mistakenly ordered a SAS drive instead of a SATA III for my desktop PC. I promptly contacted the seller, who responded almost immediately. They were very kind and understanding. They authorized a refund on the spot. There's no underestimating the value of good customer service. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

  A very nice condition board. Had no HDMI port. Had no USB 3 ports. The shipment to me was delayed a couple of days. The seller was cooperative and provide me a small refund to keep the MOBO, even though I no longer needed it. I recommend this seller as very professional.
