  One of the item came open from the way it was shipped both box’s where taped together and that was it. The USPS does not care so hardware was lost is shipping!! They should have been wrapped first so if the ends opened nothing was lost! ( but it was not). I was giving a refund on one and got hardware from manufacturer (not) the seller they took forever to ship me the parts so I asked the manufacturer and they sent them right out no problem!! Poor customer satisfaction!!

  I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. This seller worked with me to get me the product I wanted. Their response time was phenomenal. I received the item faster than expected. It was exactly as described and was wrapped very well to avoid breakage. I hope I get to buy from this seller in the future.
