  Unfortunately the shipper handled the box very roughly and so the clock arrived with issues. However, the seller was very gracious and immediately offered to take it back. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

  I haven't recieved these clocks yes, but I have no doubt they'll be packaged well and more importantly the chain were "hooked together "with zip ties. Also he put straps on the cukoo bellows zo there was no damage. I talked to this seller on the phone after buying and couldn't have asked for more...if you're going to buy a click, buy from this gentleman, I've bought 3 from him now and he gave me a good deal on all of them. I can't say much more but to trust this gentleman because he's homest
