  received incorrect item. very confusing transaction. received refund. seller tried to call me on the phone but when I tried to call back they would never pick up. then in eBay messages would not acknowledge their calls, but I could tell it was the same company by the answering service.

  Great, new TV and good price... SHIPPING was horrible. LTL with no options. And included (white glove) service I didn't want. Slow shipping with minimal tracking .... Seller should consider other options ?

I do want to advise that for all of our larger merchandise we do advertise Flat rate freight. Which takes 6-12 business days. For Flat Rate Freight orders, you must go directly to the carriers website to track the item as they do not have integration with eBay, this means the eBay tracking page will not display info.
