  Shipping was quick, packaging was secure. Item was as described/photographed and in good condition. I wasn't sure if it would be compatible with our heating system, but seller communication was excellent. Replacing it was easy, and it works great!

  To clarify, by "replacing" I meant replacing the defective part on our system and installing the purchased part, which works great. I did not send it back or anything.

  Quick shipping. The item was well packed and shipped with care. Item was exactly as described. Great value for the money unfortunately didn't work when I installed and ended up having to have a professional install a new out of box one and charge me 5 times the amount 😒

  item was returned for a full refund, item was actually working the technician lied that the item wasn't working just to sell a new one and overcharge
