  Received the item and it quit working within an hour of startup (it never left our laboratory and we have many others of the same model, no issues). I sent the item to manufacturer and they stated it was unrepairable. I contacted the seller so they could make it right. I even offered to send the email report from the manufacturer stating the item was unrepairable. I did not hear back from the seller after giving them a week to respond. I would not recommend this seller.
