  I believe this is an honest seller that was just maybe moving a little too quickly. Item image arrived very cracked but seller wasted no time addressing my issue. I would recommend buying from them, as they will clearly make the situation right even if there is an issue. I feel it’s only fair to give five stars provided their resolution turned the situation around entirely, from what started as disappointing.

  The jacket was purchased and the seller informed that there may be an issue with the product and offered 2 favorable solution options before shipment. With the information given I decided to cancel the order. The purchase was cancelled and payment returned quickly. I appreciated the honesty and immediate response of the seller.
