    Package arrived within projected time. 🤩Pro practices: My unpacking revealed a light a pleasant scent. A Tthank You note accompanied the item. Item was entirely surrounded by bubblecwrap... the wrap was smartly taped to itsself (not taped to the merchandise). DVD set matches merchant's listed description and photos of actual components❣️ Purchase price (plus shipping) was less expensive than most other merchants for the similar item.     Your speed in response was first-rate. We ordered a book from a publisher last month and it took them two weeks to drive it to the PO! The book was in the condition you described and packed to protect it in transit. Thank you.

    Stand up guy, found stain on the jacket and reached out, they offer to take return even though they stated in the listing they won’t take return. Hopefully they got the claim handled on their end because it wasn’t the seller fault but rather the carrier. Kudos for addressing the issue right away. Keep on eBaying the way you do!
