  Item was found to be faulty while preparing for shipping. They didn't just ship it they contacted me to tell me it was faulty and had no replacement so they were giving me a refund so i could buy one somewhere else. They do business the proper way I will have no problem buying from them in the future Thank you

  A bit deceptive listing as NEW - implying it was in retail packaging - but actually came in a plain box like a refurb product. New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag.
