    Purchased item and seller sent me a message that he lost the item and would send me another one but not one pictured in auction. Received Item, quick shipping. Packaging was not very protective, and item was damaged at no fault of seller. Seller had marked on package DO NOT BEND and FRAGILE in multiple places. Again, not sellers fault. I took pictures of item and showed seller, and seller offered a full refund. Seller had great communications during process and strived to make buyer happy.
