The package looks like FedEx jumped on the box and piled heavy items on top of it. The seller quickly refunded the money and that's why I give them 5 stars. FedEx gets zero stars because I expected a lot more from them as a reputable shipping company.

Shipping was fast, but it was by FedEx which I find not to always be reliable. My order was shipped in 2 boxes. One arrived on Wednsday and order was marked as delivered. On Friday, the second box arrived.
