  packaging was bad it was a plastic bag and 1 filter got destroyed in shipping contacted seller and they sent me a replacement which was sent in a cardboard box

  Item is great, but somehow and to no fualt to seller, item took a long time to get to me for some reason(almost 3 weeks) from shipped company(I believe it was UPS) . However, I eventually got it, and product is great with good price too. I'll buy again from this seller AAA+++

  I absolutely would not recommend this seller. I ordered six (.5) micron water filters and received six (5) micron filters instead. I immediately contacted the seller, they argued they sent the correct filters. So, I went to their store and sent links to the model they sent me showing it was incorrect. They still wanted to give only a partial refund. After complaining to Ebay directly, I got a full refund. Would not recommend!!!!!

  The filters ordered were 0.5 micron, and that is exactly what was shipped. The customer was confused by an internal part number on the label, which refers to the material and size of the filter, not the micron rating. We clarified this, but when they still wished to return the filters, we promptly provided return labels and issued a full refund.

  Fast shipping and product as described. The only issue was that the bag was open when it was received. The outer box was not open or damaged but the bag of resin was open which can cause it to dry out.
