Item is as described and was packed well. I am leaving a negative review for 2 main reasons. First the item was ordered and had a delivery date of 3 to 7 days, then ballooned to minimum 21 days. I did received it early after 19 days. I have bought items from this Hawaii before and no longer than a week. I tried contacting the seller to see for a reason but it was never responded to. If they knew the package was going to take longer than estimated a heads would have been nice.

The item arrived slightly late than expected,but it is not the seller's responsibility as shipment was immediately dooe after the purchase. A very beautiful lumber being securely packaged,I am totally satisfied with all the transactions.Given occasions,I do hope to another next business with this seller.Highly recommended to wood lovers.
