  Ordr instrution and experience with prior purchses provided, clear expectations were outlined. Shppng was done w/ Fed Ex they were not good at comm and there were many blanks during shipping, she arrived with the shipping container dmgd, we had been instructed to inspect her completely before accepting- she did arrive wth minor damage, along her lower lft side on her belly. We were not concerned /surface only .. the quality of the cow is wonderful. she is exactly as described. We are thrilled

  I Oder on April 6 it’s now May 6 I have Tried emailing them about five times nothing back And still have not got my scoops. I might have to cancel my Oder and try my luck Somewhere else. I just wish the seller would at lest Response and tell me that he plans on shipping them Now I have lost a month wait for nothing. I’m going to give it a few more days and see if they read this negative review and responses to it.

  No communication from Seller for over 30 days from purchase. Multiple attempts made to contact after sell and was ignored every time. Shipping was $290!! Arrived damaged on 5 different corners. Contacted seller and they said for me to pay to return it and they would send another one. Checked with FedEx and the shipping return should be covered becasue of damage but won't issue me a label. Has to come from Seller. 5+ attempts to contact seller to get this and have been getting ignored!!!

  I’m going with a neutral feedback here. Order was placed on Jan 8, we were told a 15 day processing which were ok with. Left a few emails went with no response and finally got back to us. We were told then 2 weeks from our original 15 days. Ok we had wonky weather we get it. But please communicate these things. Finally another week went by. Finally today Feb 8, item was received. He is extremely happy with the product and the outcome. We aren’t happy with the turn around time.
